Neo Zed is community-operated. There is no paid support tier. Questions, bug reports, and feature requests should go through the public issue tracker or the chat channels listed on the community page.
Security issues should not be filed publicly. Send security reports privately to the maintainers via the contact listed in the repository's SECURITY.md. The fork tries to acknowledge reports within 72 hours.
For upstream Zed issues that also affect the fork, cross-linking to the upstream tracker is appreciated — it saves triage time and keeps both projects informed.
