Neo Zed stands on a large graph of open source software. The editor inherits its foundation from upstream Zed; the cloud, worker, and website are built with Rust, Axum, Tokio, Askama, SQLx, reqwest, and many other crates.
A full license manifest is generated during the release build and published alongside each release artifact. The manifest includes every direct and transitive dependency with its SPDX identifier and upstream license text.
